My partner and I, Kristine, moved into this unit as soon as the building was completed in 2019. This condo has been the perfect home for us and we will miss our first home for many reasons.

The building is safe, very welcoming and extremely comfortable with its modern design and amazing amenities. Friends and Family who came to visit us always had a comment or two about how “WOW” everything was. Pride of ownership for sure! We enjoyed many BBQ’s on the roof-top terrace and we used the well-equipped gym frequently.

Our unit is filled with sunlight. We have a very convenient floor plan with a terrific office space, especially important when we were working from home. We especially enjoyed the many sunsets from our balcony, with beautiful views of the lake and the Toronto skyline.

We absolutely love the vibrant neighbourhood. Everything that we needed was in walking distance; The St. Lawrence Market, shops, restaurants, groceries, cafes, parks. and the TTC stop a block away on both King St and Queen St. We also felt very safe to walk around and enjoy the outdoors.
