- Travel Fees will be quoted for properties outside of the Toronto city limits. Starting at $20, based at $0.52/km
- Payment required prior to receiving products/services. Invoiced on booking, due prior to sending photos, video, etc. on the date of photo session.

$80 with less than 24hrs notice. No charge with minimum 24hrs notice.
Standard turnaround time is within 24hrs for most services. Video and Floorplans may take 1-2 business days for completion. Rush orders will be accommodated when possible for an additional fee. MSP is dedicated to consistent quality imagery, quality takes time, please keep this in mind when pushing for faster turnaround
Client understands he/she/company is NOT buying the images, but licensing them for personal or business promotion.
LIMITED LICENSE – NOT FOR RESALE OR RE-DISTRIBUTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICE
All images produced by MSP MATTHEW STOREY PHOTOGRAPHY for the client/s may be used by the client/s or clients parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed for the duration of 1 year. All images are copyrighted by Matthew Storey Photography. The temporary license grants only the original client and clients parent company use. Any usage of the images by a third party, including other Agents, Stagers, Designers, Builders, Architects, Sellers or Buyers is strictly prohibited without written consent from MSP Matthew Storey Photography.
