Photography
An artistic eye for detail, professional equipment & modern technology are just the start. MSP has photographed over 25,000 properties throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. We can provide a unique insight for optimizing your listing, having worked with several interior designers, decorators, stagers, and other creatives, we know what should and sometime even more importantly, what should not be included in the picture. The final touches can make the difference between multiple offers and a quick sale over asking, versus a home that sits on the market for longer than it should.
Videography
Real video walk-throughs, panning, sliding, movement makes this a true eye catcher. From 20 seconds up to 1-minute in length. Can be edited for length to fit your needs. Available in vertical or horizontal format (please advise at or before appointment).
Drone Photography
Change the view to really grab some attention. Drone photos can show off the overall size of a property, proximity to lakes, parks, schools and more. Unique angles to highlight the property, the land, and general surroundings.
Matterport 3D Tours
The latest technology is right here…We use the Matterport Pro2 Camera the gold standard for 3D space capture. Immersive 3D models are the most effective tool for connecting people and places. Matterport makes a digital twin of the property, ideal for marketing properties for sale or rent, planning construction projects, or capturing special places. Real estate, construction, travel & hospitality…this option really shows off the space.
Hosted live while listed and archived for future use should the need arise, ideal for empty rental units or furnished properties.
Urban Immersive 3D Tours
The Urban Immersive 3D experience, offers similar 3D tours as the Matterport system at a greater value. 3D Tours, Pocket Websites, Listing Websites and Brochures can all be created and customized to match you branding colours, and logos and style. Downloadable 3D Pocket websites can be given to your clients for offline viewing as a keepsake of their property and a reminder of your contact info.
2D Schematic Floor Plans
Floor plans provide a grounded understanding of the space. Schematic 2D Floor plans are available individually, or as part of a package. Orders using Matterport 3D will receive floor plans from Matterport. All other floor plan orders will use Urban Immersive floor plans. Ask about additional options, like colour coded rooms, furniture, etc.

Agent Branded individual listing websites to highlight your listing, everything in one place dedicated to your specific listing, lets your client know the focus is on their property. These individual listing websites contain multi-page weblink showcase for all the services we provide. Unlimited quantity of photos, slideshow, description, maps, WalkScore, Schools, Restaurants.
